Ouch. Thus far the Liberals have made $80 billion in election promises. This is contrasted by the Conservative's $2 billion in new spending, and even the NDP came in at a restrained $16.5 billion.

With $80 billion in new spending announcements, it's impossible to believe that the "Green Shift" will be revenue neutral, unless the Liberals are planning to hike the GST.
