Jack Bin Layton gets his way:

The NDP said on Wednesday they would not carry out a threat to present a motion of no-confidence in the minority Conservative government on Thursday.

The party made the announcement after striking a deal with the Conservatives that would give parliamentarians an early chance to modify the government's proposed legislation on climate change.

Most of me wishes Harper would have called Laytons bluff. But I suppose it's not a bad thing to play nice with others... for now.
