Smokers vs. Perverts
A funny point was raised today after work. My boy Cookie pointed out the hillarity of Manitoba's new Cigarette-advertising ban, as compared to pornography. You can walk into a gas station, and they are legally bound to hide any cigarette advertising, and cigarettes. That same gas station does NOT however, have to hide their pornographic magazines. How the hell does that make any sense?
Oh, the new media... how you gotta love it. Everybody and their dog has a website, and many are learning the advantage of "blogging". The biggest player to join the game, is everbodys favorite phychopath: Iranian President Mohammed Ahmadinejad (aka Mohammed Ahmadamatree... a pretty clever copy of Saddam Insane).
You can find his blog at http://www.ahmadinejad.ir/. I'm sure the comments will be heavily moderated, but you can vote in his poll (which I'm sure will be rigged in no time).
Segway is releasing two new models. I really do need to buy one of those things.

pornography (nudity) is natural, smoking is not.
although one might argue that a lot of the things demonstrated in these magazines is not natural at all!

I can't believe that the whitehouse would have a dog-blog. I mean, I can see some old lady who lives alone, but the whitehouse? Jesus.
And although pornography may be natural, the point with the smokes and the nudie mags is to keep them away from kids.
