The federal budget passed today. The strange part is, that it passed without MP's on either side really knowing it.

It's kinda uncomforting finding out that the federal budget passed without the concent of elected officals. Or maybe I'm just paranoid.

Bloomberg paints the picture as the Liberal's being incompetent. They also point out that the budget is "a matter of confidence", and it passed with unanimous support. So much for an election this fall (and I was sooo looking forward to a Conservative majority).
