I started my new job today, at least it was my first real day (last time I was in we weren't yet open). Today was an absolutly gorgeous day, it was warm, and there was no wind. Perfect golf conditions.

I'm really looking forward to this summer after today actually. Compared to my last job, this is great. I was shocked at how often I was smiling and laughing while at work. Those had become activities that had previously only been done on my personal time.

All of my co-workers that I've met so far have been incredibly friendly. The members that I've met have been very welcoming. We do a lot of tournaments, and the membership isn't huge - so there aren't really a lot of extremely busy times. Oh, and most importantly I love the golf course and the facilities on hand. It should be a very relaxing summer, and I think I'll be spending way too much time at this place for the next 6 months.

I've also got a date with the beautiful and brilliant Lindsay tomorrow night. We're going to celebrate her being done school, and her present employment. I just hope I'm not dead, since I've got to help a friend move in the afternoon (argh)!
