Yet another brutal day on the horizon for me. We've got the company AGM here today. I'm not sure who the genius was who decided to have it in the building this year, but it's definetly creating havoc! And I have to wear a suit all day.

NHL Trade deadline passed yesterday. The Oilers are going to be a force in the playoffs this year. The Canucks are going to be screwed, I fear. The Canucks added depth to their blueline, and got another 2nd string goalie.

I was searching blogs about Barry Bonds, and I found the coolest blog ever. It turns out that MC Hammer agrees with me! And yes, MC Hammer does have his own blog! I'm wish he would sell parachute pants on that site though.

In other excellent news, I'm sure everybody is quite familiar with the Canadian Tire Couple. The more observant viewers out there have probably noticed over the last year that SHE has been seen pitching products with several "new" men in the neighbourhood - while HE has been spending an aweful lot of time with his male neighbours. It appears that the two have been unable to work out their differences, and have split up! As annoying as those ads were, they'll just be replaced by some generic commericals now, which won't be nearly as entertaining.

The dream is dead. Canada got annihilated by the Mexico at the World Baseball Classic. They're done.

I think I've figured out where Google is going. While MS currently dominates the desktop OS market, I think Google is trying to make desktop computers obsolete... they'll make everything you need available online... no expensive operating systems necessary.
