Nova Scotia elected a new premier recently. His name is Rodney MacDonald. He's only 34, and a very grass-roots type of guy.

He looks like he could be a solid guy. He ran as a Progressive Conservative, and he's tight with Stephen Harper. As for his hidden agenda:

Being thrifty, helping neighbours, taking responsibility for yourself, and giving more than you receive will be the guiding principles of his administration, Rodney MacDonald said after taking the oath of office.

This is the kind of candidate that the Conservative's need more of, if they ever want to win a majority. Congratulations to Nova Scotia!
